Key positions held include HR Director at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (not for profit), Global Compensation and Benefits Director at Stryker (MedTech), and Senior Director, Global Expansion and M&A at Amazon Web Services (high tech).
She has an acute appreciation for P&L pressures and the realities of doing business on the ground within the framework of corporate strategy, ethics and compliance.
Corinne offers particular expertise in employee relations, compensation and benefits, M&A, employment law, change management and organisational design, and is comfortable working in Italian, Russian, French and Spanish as well as English.
