Meet a roster of highly experienced international experts from all disciplines
Rob JenkinsFounder Over 30 years in leadership roles in General Management, Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions and Finance. Rob is a strategic leader with a multidisciplinary approach to business and has a strong network from his successful years in the medical devices sector. Key positions held include: Executive Vice President EMEA Merit Medical, Managing Director Stryker UK, Managing Director Stryker Italy, Director Business Development and Strategic Planning Stryker EMEA. Rob began his career in finance, qualifying with PWC, before moving into general management. He has both broad and deep experience in finance, business development, change management, corporate restructuring and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and market access. He has experience of doing business in emerging economies such as Africa, the Middle East and Russia. In his time with Merit EMEA the division grew its revenue from $50m to $200m through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. Will about Rob: |
Will FlackFounder Over 30 years of international MedTech experience in General Management, Sales, Marketing, and HR. Will is a decisive, solution oriented and collaborative leader with an engaging style and track record of developing people and motivating organisations to execute with discipline and creativity. Key positions held include: Managing Director Stryker Benelux and Vice President HR Stryker EMEA, Business Development Director Stryker, Managing Director Henry Schein, Partner Dragonfly 360. Will began his career in the pharmaceutical industry. Following roles and career development in sales, marketing and business development, Will also made a move into general management working in a large variety of MedTech specific arenas including orthopaedics endoscopy, surgical consumables and supporting services. In his time with Stryker EMEA his team led the growth and profit within the company. In his role of VP HR for EMEA he supported significant organisation change working alongside the international executive team.
